Program Implementation and Support
• Implement field activities of concern as defined in the respective ToRs and as instructed by line managers;
• Maintain proper communication and coordinate field activities with relevant authorities and all key stakeholders;
• Implement Home-Based Rehabilitation programs focusing on PwDs, providing metal therapy to beneficiaries identified during awareness sessions or field assessments;
• Conduct field visits with the mobile team to assess and identify people with mental therapy needs in target locations;
• Provide mental therapy to all beneficiaries identified during project activities implementation;
• Provide support in profiling MIKA kit beneficiaries and items and to distribute them;
• Monitor patients' progress and do follow-up, redirecting them to specialized services when necessary;
• Assist with technical expertise in designing and implementing GBV and CP awareness raising activities, MPHSS sessions, parenting programs, case management and any other project activities where mental therapist support turns out to be required.
Reporting
• Report daily details of activities performed to the Project Officer;
• Prepare required reporting, success stories and other type of documents of implemented activities;
• Represent one of the points of contact with beneficiaries and collect and address any concerns or complaints related to the project;
• Prepare and submit monthly reports incorporating feedback from supervisors, and including information on beneficiary non-identifying data, treatment provided, follow-up visits and outreach activities conducted;
• Support the Field Assistants in any M&E activities related to the project.
Compliance
• Ensure the correct and clear filling in of activities documents and justifications;
• Ensure a positive work environment by facilitating communication and good cooperation among colleagues;
• Ensure that project activities are implemented in line with COOPI's Code of Conduct, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy and any other adopted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and guidelines;
• Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ensure that implemented activities do not put beneficiaries at risk;
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for beneficiaries;
• Perform any other tasks relevant to the project assigned by a line manager.

Education & Professional Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology or in a related field;
• Minimum 03 years of relevant work experience;
• Arabic native speaker;
• Good level of written and spoken English;
• Having worked with an INGO is considered a plus;
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of mental therapy and community-based approaches;
• Good computer literacy (especially for Office package and internet applications).
Personal Skills
• Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to grow professionally;
• Respect for non-discriminatory attitude, empathy;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, especially with vulnerable people;
• Ability to work with traumatized target groups and to remain calm in conditions of high pressure and distress.
