Responsibilities
Program Implementation and Support
• Implement field activities as defined in the respective ToRs and as instructed by line managers;
• Maintain proper communication and coordinate field activities with relevant authorities and all key stakeholders;
• Supervise volunteers and ensure that their work is done in the expected manner and time;
• Conduct ongoing monitoring to ensure the smooth operation, quality, efficiency and accountability of COOPI's activities in the field, in accordance with the agreed monitoring and evaluation plan.
Reporting
• Report daily details of activities performed to the Project Officer;
• Prepare required reporting of implemented activities;
• Represent the point of contact with beneficiaries and collect and address any concerns or complaints related to the project.
Compliance
• Ensure the correct and clear filling in of activities documents and justification;
• Ensure a positive work environment by facilitating communication and good cooperation among colleagues;
• Ensure that project activities are implemented in line with COOPI's Code of Conduct, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy and any other adopted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and guidelines;
• Perform any other tasks relevant to the project assigned by a line manager.

Qualifications
Education & Professional Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Psychology, Social Work or other field related to social development and humanitarian work;
• Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in the humanitarian field;
• Arabic native speaker;
• Good level of written and spoken English;
• Having worked with an INGO is considered a plus.
Personal Skills
• Team spirit and collaborative attitude;
• Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to grow professionally.
