- Cleaning:
- Based on weekly planning, proceed to the cleaning duties of the IMC Main Office premise; When cleaning:
- Makes sure aeration of the premises is effective on a daily basis.
- Dust all surfaces and wipe down all desks, filling cabinets and shelves, telephones, calculators & computer keyboards or/and laptops using a disinfectant spray that has been sprayed on a cloth or wipe.
- Responsible of removing trash bins on a daily basis.
- Sweeps all floors and cleans with disinfection and sterilization (chloride) restrooms on a daily basis.
- Organize stuff after cleaning & keep everything is neat, orderly as possible.
- Cleaning consumables:
- Makes sure toilet paper is available at all times in bathrooms.
- Makes sure soap/liquid hand wash are available at all times in washrooms.
- Once finished to place all cleaning supplies back in the cleaning cupboards.
- Monthly/ deep cleaning:
- Polish desks, tables, chairs, and any other wood objects by using a furniture polish to help maintain a professional shine.
- Dust and clean over behind and under hard-to-reach areas e.g. big filing cabinets and cupboards.
- Clean all windows with a glass cleaner to remove all marks and fingerprints.
- Deep cleaning of offices, walls, windows and all office equipment.
- Use mop & buckets and other needed cleaning gear during deep cleaning and make sure to rinse out all mops and hang to dry.
- Return any moved objects or furniture back to their original positions.
- Prepare and serve drinks for office staff & visitors.
- Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
- Perform any task requested by the direct supervisor.
- Any other related assignments

- Ability to write/read Arabic (preferably high school certificate),
- Experience in cleaning work
- Preferable previous experience in the field of humanitarian organization or/NGOs
