Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Carries out administration duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and translating.
- Order office supplies and prepare Purchase requests and work orders related to admin and Main Office.
- Provide translation to various types of official documents,
- Follow up and Check bills and invoices for Cash Advance (CA).
- Assist with pest control contracts and follow-up for all IMC premises.
- Supports in printing tasks: business cards, calendars, posters, notebooks and relevant works.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and raising orders for supplies.
- Responsible for Facilities & Maintenance team on daily check lists.
- Assist in premises insurance for all IMC sites (PRs, inventory, and collecting data)
- Assist Senior Admin Officer in preparing premises rent contracts and related tasks.
- Assist in Hotel bookings, transportation and travel reservations inside and outside the country.
- Ability for field visits when needed.
- Ability to travel to other governorates based on work needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor

Qualifications
- Minimum University degree, preferably in English literature, Translation, Business Administration, General Management or related fields.
- Three years professional experience in administration.
- Customer Service oriented and ability to deal with difficulties.
- Advanced English skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, via phone, e-mail.
- Good Computer Skills.

- Preferable previous experience in the humanitarian field in INGO.
- Ability to apply various administrative rules and regulations in work situations.
- Actively collaborates with others.
- Skills in evaluating facts or situations to determine appropriate action.
- Skills in the operation of a variety of office machines.
- Ability to work effectively with a range of personality types and seniority levels
- Able to work in a team of nationals and expatriates.
- Knowledge of the office procedures and practices.
