1. Administer new recruits’ hiring process and arrangements, in terms of contract preparation, preparation of personnel files including medical tests, checking and archiving documents, and activation on system.
2. Complete all personal details related to applicants who passed HCM interview and upload their documents on the system.
3. Handle all requests related to vacation, holiday, attendance and leaves according to Syriatel Policy in a timely manner.
4. Handle and follow up end of service process and clearance.
5. Handle processes related to updated salaries reports, employees' registration or canceling from General Organization for Social Security (GOSI) and Follow up the monthly payments.
6. Prepare Labor Office related lists, such as new recruits' monthly and bi-yearly lists.
7. Maintain proper matching between Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database and required documents for current employees and follow up any missing or discrepancy.
8. Maintain and implement employees' accesses as per Access Rights Matrix and implement outlook modifications requests.
9. Ensure up to date education records for full time, temporary employees, and students’ program.
10. Maintain background information up to date on system and follow up any missing or discrepancy.
11. Handle Syriatel employees lost ID cases, and report the cases to Payroll for deduction treatment.
12. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
13. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.
