1. Collect the needed data in order to analyze the market and participate in setting the roadmap.
2. Come up with initial design for supplementary service and mobile applications according to the approved roadmap and suggest the needed surveys accordingly .
3. Assist in forecasting the potential number of customers for each assigned product service and mobile application per month and area in coordination with concerned parties.
4. Prepare Feasibility study and Executive Summary for each new project related to services or mobile application.
5. Prepare SY-TPRA (Syrian Telecommunications & Post Regulatory Authority) correspondences related to mobile application launching requests in coordination with concerned parties.
6. Prepare detailed description for each new supplementary service product/offer/ mobile application (ad-hoc/planned in the roadmap) and conduct the needed communication with all concerned accordingly.
7. Prepare the initial marketing plan/campaign for each approved supplementary services/mobile application
8. Coordinate with Retail Sales Monitoring & Promotion Unit for preparing promotion plans related to mobile applications that will be executed by Syriatel promoters.
9. Monitor supplementary service products /offers / mobile application performance and revenue, ensure achieving the targets
10. Develop competitive customer experiences through reviewing and improving interactive channels.
11. Monitor competitors’ new products, tariffs, offers, applications and activities, study their impacts and come up with the appropriate competitive solutions.
12. Propose marketing programs related to mobile applications to increase internal and external awareness of assigned mobile applications and follow up timely execution.
13. Handle and analyze the implementation of ongoing loyalty & retention marketing programs related to mobile applications, monitor the churn rate and work to minimize it.
14. Handle customers' complaints and inquiries effectively and timely.
15. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
16. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
17. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration is required
1 Year of Marketing / Customer Service Experience is required, preferably in Telecom.
