The position is placed under Pharmacist Unit and will be responsible for supporting the Unit’s - administrative work, including coordinating, monitoring and administering the activities under a specific project, and conduct filed visits in the context of a Grade 3 emergency country.
1.Provide comprehensive support as assigned. Draft and review reports, prepare administrative correspondence, and create basic administrative documents; ensure proper documentation, receipt, filing, and follow-up of incoming correspondence related to the project.
2.Monitor indicators for planned activities within the project.
3.Facilitate coordination with assigned focal points from UN agencies and the Ministry of Health (MOH), in close consultation with the supervisor.
4.Take notes and prepare minutes for meetings.
5.Respond promptly to telephone inquiries, assessing the urgency of technical issues and directing them to the supervisor as necessary.
6.Provide translation services for work-related meetings as needed.
7.Lead all administrative processes related to this project.
8.Ensure timely follow-up on incoming requests from the supervisor.
9.Conduct field missions to health facilities supported under this project as requested by the supervisor.
10.Perform other related duties as required.

Educational background
•University degree in business administration, or any relevant field
Professional experience and knowledge
•Minimum 3 years of administrative work experience
•Excellent planning and coordination skills
•Relevant experience in the UN system.
•Excellent Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
Language Skills
•Mother tongue / Arabic
•Second language / English
