Job Description:
The Head of People & Culture will develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a focus on promoting the company's culture and values, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction, and attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to help achieve the company’s vision. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team and a champion for our employees.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the People & Culture team.
Oversee the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent. Develop innovative sourcing strategies and build a strong employer brand.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Develop and implement performance management systems that drive high performance and support employee development. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
Design and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and career progression. Ensure continuous learning opportunities are available to all employees.
Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure alignment with market trends and company objectives.
Ensure People & Culture policies and practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Manage employee relations issues and mitigate risks.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
Act as a key point of contact for all People & Culture related issues, providing guidance and support to employees, managers, and executives across various regions.
Act as a cultural ambassador by promoting and maintaining a positive, values-driven work environment.
Ensure that the company culture is nurtured and integrated into every aspect of the business

Bachelor's degree preferable in business, HR, social sciences, or related fields.
At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
Ability to use metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions and consult senior management on people-related directions and strategies.
Knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, local labor laws, etc.) is preferable.
