•Prepare and facilitate PSS sessions for adults & children
•Prepare and facilitate awareness sessions related to child protection, risk education, trauma, life skills etc.
•Prepare weekly activity plan in coordination with Education & Protection team
•Coordinate with teachers to achieve work effectively
•Communicate with parents to ensure the child attendance to activities
•Raise all protection-related (and other referral) cases to the relevant staff/organisation
•Update and ensure utilisation of actors’ mapping
•Participate to periodical project meetings with Protection Officer and other team members to ensure the projects’ timely progress
•Liaise with techical staff, in particular Education & Protection Team Leader - Technical Advisor and Life skills & recreational sessions specialist to ensure high quality standards of activities implementation
•Ensure activities, results, challenges and lessons learned are accurately documented in a timely manner and are available to all key stakeholders
•Ensure Complaint and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) is implemented and beneficiaries have access to it
•Maintain secured electronic records and paper files
•Inform Education & Protection coordination team of any risks and challenges linked to the position
•Prepare attendance sheets for children
•Report as needed to the Protection Officer on the projects’ progress
•Assist the Education & Protection Team in preparing other relevant reports
•Gather and record project means of verification including photos, beneficiary consents, success stories/case stories and share them with Country office teams
•Understand, adhere and ensure implementation of the organization’s Child Safeguarding and PSEA policies
•Handle sensitive information in line with organization CSP and PSEA policies
•Ensure personal and sensitive information of children is kept in a safe place to avoid access of irrelevant persons

•At least 1 year of child protection/PSS experience
•At least one year as facilitator experience
•Previous experience working for an NGO or INGO is an asset
•Good level in written and spoken English
•Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point
