1. Receive, respond (as per UNICEF protocol), log, and report feedback, complaints and/or suggestions received as per UNICEF protocol.
2. Follow up with relevant sections and/or Field Offices on resolutions or actions taken to feedback, complaints and/or suggestions, and report back to the beneficiary.
3. Log all ‘incoming’ calls in the UNICEF service line database.
4. Make ‘outgoing’ calls to UNICEF implementing partners, key informants, and beneficiaries to collect data on
5. UNICEF services as well as the situation for children, based on questionnaires provided by the SCO PME section.
6. Submit a weekly report to the responsible officer of the SCO PME Section

d. Ability to deal patiently and tactfully with families benefitting from UNICEF services, implementing partners, and key informants.
e. Capacity to work in an emergency context under stressful conditions and strict deadlines.
f. Good experience with various software applications, including for data collection is required.
g. High sense of confidentiality, initiative and good judgment.
h. Organizational, planning and prioritizing skills and abilities.

1. At least four years of relevant experience is required in in administrative work, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the field of work.
2. Experience in monitoring and reporting, collecting and compiling quantitative and qualitative data, or interpersonal communication (casework, outreach, customer service, etc.) is preferrable.
3. Experience working in a humanitarian context.
4. Experience working with UN or NGO programmes /projects will be an asset.
5. Experience working with UNICEF projects will be an asset.
