Responsibilities
1. Lead needs assessment and conduct detailed technical assessments for selected rehabilitation projects.
2. Arrange weekly work plans for the field engineers in multiple governorates, distribute tasks according to the workload, and provide them with the necessary technical support.
3. Prepare BoQs, sketches, and shop drawings for rehabilitation projects.
4. Implement rehabilitation activities according to the plan of action, specifically regarding technical aspects, by direct supervision, monitoring, and follow-up of the on-site execution work by the contractors.
5. Work closely with field engineers, conduct regular field visits to all ongoing projects, and guide the team.
6. Track schedules, quality, and quantity control on material and work executed by contractors and report them to the line manager.
7. Prepare Partial and Final payments and sign the related handover documents.
8. Ensure proper filing of documents in hard and soft copies, with daily photo documentation.
9. Provide regular and accurate reporting on the activities as required and requested by the line manager.
10. Assist in developing department tools and technical specifications for rehabilitation activities, and take part in market assessments.
11. Liaise with local authorities for any issues concerning the FCA activities and actively participate in coordination and sector meetings.
12. Any other task relevant to the position as requested by the Rehabilitation Coordinator.

Qualifications
- University degree in civil engineering /architecture or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience working for an NGO, INGO, specifically in Rehabilitation, is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction works.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Word and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and CAD is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize needs and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously that often have short deadlines.
- Able to work in different locations.
- Hard worker.
