Responsibilities
- Apply all assessments and tests, and identify the cases needing further support.
- Develop unique individual educational plans and behavior plans when needed to complete the goals of the rehabilitation program.
- Review and follow up the implementation of the planned strategies with support teachers and activities facilitators to meet the needs of children and parents.
- Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and to determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs.
- Maintain accurate and complete children's records, and prepare reports on children's progress and activities.
- Observe and evaluate children with disabilities' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
- Conduct theoretical training needed for parents/ caregivers.
- Provide daily technical support and training for support teachers and be engaged when needed.
- Confer with other staff members to plan and schedule the inclusion sessions based on children's age, school time, and availability.
- Collect the needed data for the final report of the program and share lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed throughout the program.
- Conduct awareness-raising activities for the children and parents in the inclusion program, distributing the needed IEC materials when required.
- Conduct peer-to-peer support group activity for parents of children with developmental disabilities and delays when needed.
- Responsible for keeping and distributing program kits and providing supporting documents.
- Build, strengthen, and share lessons learned regarding best practices throughout the program.
- Participate in trainings and workshops as per supervisor advice. In addition, apply therapeutic programs and techniques based.
- Perform any other related assignments as per the Direct Supervisor request.

Qualifications
- University degree in Kindergarten, special education, psychology.
- Good English skills.
- Good Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, web browsers).
- Good communication skills.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Strong ability to create a stimulating, caring, safe, and enjoyable learning environment for children.
- Good knowledge of methods care, and growth characteristics of preschool-age children.
- Good Knowledge and experience of the Montessori curriculum is preferable.
