Responsibilities
Finance and Administration:
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of all financial and documents.
- Perform daily bookkeeping and record transactions in the journal.
- Archive financial reports and maintain documentation.
- Conduct cash counts and handle daily administrative office tasks.
- Assist in preparing for and during internal and external audits.
- Facilitate coordination and communication with various departments during the review process of financial and administrative documents and keep records of communications.
- Communicate with the bank to manage and receive bank receipts and documents.
- Archiving purchase requests on Intersos Management Platform - IMP
- Support in translating documents into local language.
- Support finance department in working on projects financial.
Human Resources:
- Update Social Security Tax office files in order to meet legal requirements including specific amendments, when necessary, in order to ensure local labour and fiscal law compliance.
- Manage personnel and project files to ensure accuracy, compliance and on time payments.
- Update the HR database on IMP and personal files and keep them up to date in order to facilitate HR processes management.
- Set up an archiving system for the HR department, starting with past recruitments and staff members and ensuring all new dossiers are in the same order.
- Digitalizing the HR archive on the mission drive for easier accessibility cumentation.

Qualifications
- Desirable finance, business or administration related diploma.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in HR and Administration in humanitarian contexts with NGOs.
- Mission and local language essential (English and Arabic)
- Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet).
- Teamwork and cooperation.
