Responsibilities
- Prepare and provide a documented plan for Sports activities as per IMC formats.
- Plan, Prepare, and implement recreational and informal vocational activities in coordination with the supervisor according to the weekly plan.
- Facilitate Sports sessions with the support of community volunteers and or PSS Volunteers.
- Preparation of psychosocial support activities (communicating with beneficiaries, selecting beneficiaries according to specific criteria, preparing the place of the activity and its tools).
- Prepare and implement activities after coordinating with the case manager /supervisor.
- Identify Child protection cases/ needs, GBV, and conduct safe referrals to the Case manager.
- Participate in beneficiaries’ needs assessment and developing intervention logic, and referrals in accordance with the IMC procedure.
- Identify and request activity materials with IMC supervisor as per IMC procedures on a weekly and monthly basis and participate in preparing activity items.
- Follow up on the evaluation process and the registration procedures and cooperate with the supervisor to measure the impact of activities
- Commitment to the program schedule and implementation activities in all IMC sites
- Commitment to roving deployment to various IMC sites/ locations per day.
- Identify protection cases and conduct safe referrals following the referral pathways by protection principles.
- Coordinating with the case manager regarding internal or external referrals.
- Participating in awareness campaigns and holding related activities.
- Providing the necessary support for all the community initiatives and projects.
- Support local community initiatives in compliance with IMC’s mission strategy.
- Identifying challenges and promptly sharing with the team leader recommended solutions
- Any other task that may be provided.
Reporting, monitoring, Documentation, and quality improvement
- Documenting and providing success stories periodically.
- Submit reports on the beneficiary dropout rates and analysis of the reasons.
- Documenting the mechanism/ processes followed in the implementation of activities and workshops.
- Share program improvement suggestions and recommendations with the supervisor and program Manager
- Enter activity data on the PSSIS as required.
- Prepare and submit reports of program activities to the Supervisor as per IMC reporting format.
- Develop documented work plans, and methods and sharing with the team leader reviewing work plans and methods periodically.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in physical education.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching and/ or training. Experience in Vocational training.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and policies.
- Ability to develop, and apply inclusive, AGD-appropriate learner-centered/ participatory pedagogies.
- Knowledge, and experience in the implementation of Functional literacy/ women empowerment programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying integrative pedagogical approaches
- Knowledge and application of different teaching styles and techniques.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of humanitarian principles, GBV, Protection, and Child protection principles.
- Experience in identifying protection concerns and conducting safe referrals.
- Ability to apply AGD in activity implementation.
