Responsibilities
- Provides daily pharmaceutical services at the MMT (Medical Mobile Team) location, Including: dispensing medications and full directions of use to the beneficiaries.
- Maintain, submit and update all pharmacy reports on a daily basis including daily expenses and stock at the MMT.
- Submit weekly pharmacy report, and weekly medicines request.
- Conduct a physical inventory of the drugs on a regular basis.
- Keep and fill daily prescriptions, and waybills in a proper way.
- Build, strengthen and share lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed in IMC clinics and Medical Mobile Teams.
- Perform additional tasks as seen necessary by the Supervisor, The duties and responsibilities are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and not necessarily all inclusive.
- Other related assignments as requested from The Direct Supervisor.


Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate Institute Degree in pharmacy.
- At least two years of relevant and progressive experience in a related field + Experience with NGOs is preferable.
- Minimum one year of experience with Pharmacy.
- Adequate registration with MOH and/or authorization to work as a Pharmacist Assistant.
- Good in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate in English.

- Adaptable and flexible to new changes even at short notice.
- Ability to demonstrate sufficient knowledge about Medications prescriptions, administration and side effects.
