*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring effective communication and organization.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, to ensure easy access to information.
- Support various administrative tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications
*Qualifications:*
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or office management.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
