Responsibilities
• Lead and guide the sales team, ensuring monthly and annual targets are met and exceeded.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, using data to develop strategies to enhance performance.
• Oversee daily sales operations, providing support to the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Train and develop team members, identifying training needs to maintain consistent effectiveness.
• Strengthen relationships with key clients and build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and develop multiple teams.
• Advanced analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.
