Responsibilities
• Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for visitors and clients.
• Provide clients with detailed explanations of the showcased handicrafts, highlighting the unique features of each product.
• Lead the showroom sales team, offering guidance to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering their appreciation for the company’s artisanal offerings.
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports for management, including recommendations to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, with a passion for handicrafts and cultural heritage.
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or sales experience, preferably in handicrafts or arts-related fields.
• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to positively interact with clients, offering professional recommendations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to ensure sales goals are achieved and the team is effectively directed.
• Proficiency in English is preferred, enabling communication with international clients.
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or sales experience, preferably in handicrafts or arts-related fields.
