Responsibilities
- Conducting awareness and recreational activities, campaigns for beneficiaries from local and migrant communities within and outside the social care center.
- Providing weekly or monthly progress reports by feeding back to the beneficiaries while respecting privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Retaining hard copies of activity data.
- Preparing and setting up designated spaces for activity execution before beneficiaries arrive, requesting necessary materials and tools for activities monthly, and maintaining them.
- Documenting activities, preparing required reports, and submitting them in a timely manner.
- Developing a plan for small group activities in coordination with the case manager, organizing and facilitating these activities.
- Maintaining confidentiality, respect, non-discrimination, and ensuring the safety of beneficiaries at all times.
Qualifications
Experience in humanitarian work no less than two years
