Responsibilities
- Facilitating the implementation of administrative procedures for staff and compiling paper data for new employees and volunteers.
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the center coordinator or project manager, including written correspondence.
- Providing administrative support to the team.
- Monitoring the attendance register, recording staff leave on paper and through an Excel file sent monthly to the Human Resources department.
- Assisting in preparing for meetings and making administrative arrangements for various activities carried out through the center or mobile teams.

Qualifications
English literature or translation degree
experience in humanitarian work no less than two years
Microsoft skills
