Responsibilities
The Call Center will be responsible for handling customer calls to answer inquiries, provide support, resolve customer issues and complaint, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Main Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service issues. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, ensuring all calls are handled in a professional and confidential manner.
Qualifications
• Intermediate institute or related certificates, preferred in tourism field.
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in related field.
• Customer oriented, very good English language and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a Shift Based Working Hours.
• Finished or exempted from military service for males.
